Welcome to Vientiane, our local guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel, take a rest and prepare for the trips. In the afternoon, enjoy strolling around the hotel area or along the riverbank where you can see the sunset over the Mekong. What a romantic scenery with your partner!

Day 2: Vientiane - Nam Ngum (B, L)
After having breakfast in the hotel, start to travel the picturesque Nam Ngum Reservoir and the archaeological site of Vang Vieng. Floating 2 hours boat trip on the lake through serene beaches and ideal swimming spots, from there you can see the whole of the scenery of Nam Ngum. Then treat yourself with some snacks for lunch

Day 3: Vientiane - Luang Prabang City Tour (B)
Take a short flight early in the morning from Vientiane to Luang Prabang, the city is known as the former royal capital, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is home to colonial-era buildings.
In the afternoon, it’s time to explore this peaceful city situated on a peninsula formed by the confluence of two rivers

Day 4: Luang Prabang - Wat Xieng Thong - Wat Visoun - Royal Palace (B, L)
Enjoy the breakfast in your hotel, continue to explore the old town, the rich culture, and history of the Lao capital. Visit the ordination halls of temples such as Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Visoun, the temples with timeless beauty. Then, walk through the historic former Royal Palace Museum where King Sisavang lived and visit the diverse cultures and traditions of Laos’ hill tribes at the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre.
Day 5: Luang Prabang: Pak Ou - Whiskey Village (B, L)
Start today by joining in with the local people in the special dawn visit as they gain merit by making food offerings to the local monks on their daily alms collection. Sitting on the roadside, people place a small serving of fresh sticky rice into their bowls. Making an Alms offering has become a deeply spiritual part of everyday life that highlights the spiritualism for Lao people and a part culture of Luang Prabang. If you want to take part in it, you can tell your guide, he/ she will prepare food for you or you can go to the pot near there. After that back to your hotel and enjoy your breakfast.
Note: (If you do not wish to make an offering, please keep an appropriate distance and observe the ritual in silence. Dress appropriately – shoulders, chest, and legs should be covered).
After making the ritual, embark on a two hours boat trip up the Mekong River. Passing many small villages, you will catch in an interesting image, the women in the traditional costume making the textiles or the children playing on the banks, on the way to the limestone Pak Ou Caves. From many times ago, Pak Ou was regarded as a destination for local pilgrimages and devotees also placed their own Buddha statues. On the back journey, drop in the whiskey and weaving villages which are famous by trading hand weaved cloth, stoneware jars and a particularly strong rice whiskey “Lao Lao”

Day 6: Luang Prabang - The Ethnic Minority Villages - Kuang Si Waterfall (B, L)
Finish your breakfast served in your hotel, today, we discover the Luang Prabang countryside by visiting beautiful waterfalls and ethnic minority villages. It is well known by the valuable insight from the unique cultures and traditions of Laos’hill tripe people, go swimming in the turquoise water of Kuang Si Waterfall and enjoy a special picnic lunch in the serene surroundings
Day 7: Luang Prabang Departure (B)
Free at the leisure to enjoy the last day in Luang Prabang. Try to explore Luang Prabang Street food tour before transferring to the airport for your onward flight.
